2. Shipping for Custom Orders (Private Label)
Custom orders are produced and shipped directly from our factory in China.
Production Timeline
After the packaging design is confirmed:
Week 1:
- Preparation of raw materials
- Printing and production of custom packaging
Week 2:
- Lash production
- Packaging assembly and quality check
Week 3:
- Final inspection
- Order packing and shipment

3.Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time through the carrier’s website.
